ORACLE FUSION BUSINESS ANALYST – WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (WMS)
As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – WMS, you’ll play a key role in transforming how the company manages its warehouse operations. You’ll work with business leaders and IT teams to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion WMS solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
What You’ll Do:
• Partner with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement WMS improvements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion WMS modules to support day-to-day operations.
• Deliver hands-on training to warehouse users to ensure smooth adoption.
• Develop reports and dashboards that highlight inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
What You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion WMS
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and scanning devices.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable improvements.

Where You’ll Work:
This is an on-site position, based in Milwaukee, WI supporting the company’s warehouse and distribution operations. Limited travel may be required to other local facilities for project support.
