ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a talented Business Development Managerto lead their national expansion efforts. This is a rare opportunity to help scale a beloved brand while building strategic retail and private-label partnerships. What You’ll Do:
· Grow the company’s national retail presence (Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, Jewel, etc.)
· Develop private-label and co-manufacturing partnerships
· Lead account development from first contact through contract and long-term management
· Identify new revenue opportunities in CPG and related markets
· Build and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals
· Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
· Work cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5–10 years of spice industry and/or CPG sales experience
· Proven success developing accounts with Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, or similar
· Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth
Nice-to-Have:
· Experience in private label and co-manufacturing experience
· Knowledge of Hispanic/Latino consumer trends
