ABOUT THE ROLE

Step into an executive leadership position where your vision, strategic thinking, and expertise will guide the Construction Department to new heights. You will empower Construction Group Managers, foster a high-performing team, and drive the department’s growth through bold, long-term strategies aligned with the company’s mission. As a trusted advisor, you’ll develop lasting client relationships and deliver value at every touchpoint. Your technical oversight will ensure major transportation projects meet the highest standards of excellence, while your operational and financial acumen will help sustain growth and success across the department.


RESPONSIBILITIES

A professional with more than 15 years of progressive experience in transportation construction, including senior-level leadership and management responsibility. Your deep expertise in roadway and infrastructure construction is matched by your thorough knowledge of IDOT, Tollway, CDOT, and municipal standards. As a strategic thinker, you know how to scale teams, strengthen agency partnerships, and expand a construction practice. You are adept at balancing visionary leadership with practical execution and sound operational decision-making. Your confident yet humble approach fosters trust with clients and promotes accountability within teams.


  • You have trusted judgment, clear communication, and navigating complex construction environments.

  • You have a passion for mentoring leaders, developing talent, and building high-performing teams.

  • B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required

  • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is a plus.
