ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits at the center of product, engineering, and customer reality.
You’ll take product direction and turn it into shipped, adopted, and measurable value.
What You’ll Do:
Translate product ideas into clear specs, tickets, and engineering-ready work
Own backlog readiness so teams can build without friction
Partner with engineering to sequence work and make smart tradeoffs
Drive launch readiness (enablement, rollout, feedback loops)
Ensure features are not just released—but used and impactful
Bring customer insight + product judgment into prioritization
Track success through adoption, workflow efficiency, and real outcomes

QUALIFICATIONS:
4–7+ years in Product Management (B2B SaaS preferred)
Experience working closely with engineering teams
Strong ability to write clear requirements & acceptance criteria
Comfort using data + customer insight to drive decisions
Proven ability to ship and iterate quickly
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
Exposure to AI/LLM-powered products
Background in workflow-heavy or operational tools
Interest in regulated industries (legal, fintech, etc.)
