About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Restoration Department in a high-impact leadership role. This person will oversee complex restoration projects while serving as a strategic partner and right hand to the Director of Operations.
This is more than a traditional project management position. The Senior Project Manager will help drive project performance, financial results, operational consistency, team development, client relationships, and departmental best practices. Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager will lead and oversee multiple complex restoration projects from planning through closeout, ensuring strong execution, financial performance, client satisfaction, safety, and quality. This person will partner closely with the Director of Operations on departmental goals, operational improvements, resource planning, workforce development, and business planning.
The Senior Project Manager will:
Review project plans, specifications, contracts, budgets, schedules, and project risks to ensure strong planning and execution.
Lead project kickoff meetings and help establish clear project expectations, execution strategies, and priorities.
Manage project execution across subcontractors, RFIs, submittals, inspections, manpower, production, billing, change orders, forecasting, and job cost reporting.
Serve as a senior point of contact for clients, consultants, owners, and internal project teams.
Mentor Project Managers and field personnel through coaching, guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Resolve complex project, client, staffing, and operational challenges with urgency and sound judgment.
Support business development opportunities by strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat or expanded work.
Drive accountability, consistency, safety, collaboration, and best practices across the Restoration Department.
Help improve project delivery processes, standardize procedures, and strengthen overall departmental performance.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction project management experience, with experience in commercial restoration, concrete restoration, waterproofing, facade restoration, or related specialty contracting.
Minimum 3+ years of leadership or senior-level project management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale, high-value, and complex construction projects.
Experience with project financial management, forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam, Acumatica, or scheduling software.
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contracts, project controls, and risk management.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, contracts, and technical documents.
